I don't think all the servers in this establishment were as bad as ours, as I observed another server on this same evening doing an excellent job with her customers. However, our server took our order and never returned with our drinks or my food. Someone else delivered them and he had to ask us what drinks we had ordered, as he delivered my food before our drinks were even on the table. Our waitress was at our table twice, once to take our order and once to give us our bill and she never came back to pick up our bill! We finally got up and handed the bill to a different server to process and walked out. It was the worst service I've ever had!

This an excellent fake irish pub, especially considering everyone around here is german or norwegian. My only complaint is that it can be incredibly noisy due to poor accoustics and huge crowds. But on a quiet afternoon, there's no better place in the Madison area to kill a few hours sipping Guiness on tap (the real deal, too)

It's really a pretty good place as chains go. I thought the food was quite good, with generous portions. They have over a dozen tap beers....things like Guinness, Harp, Bass, Smithwick's, Pilsner Urquell type of selections that are fairly common in Irish restaurants.
